A group of at-risk youth students from Rancho Cielo chose Radio Bilingue’s youth
radio program Alza Tu Voz / Speak Out, to present their horror radio drama produced
in collaboration CSU Monterey Bay Cinematography Department. A project to help
students develop communication skills.
