Undocumented immigrants and other residents in California have access to very different health services depending on the county and city they live in. A new report projects that this patchy safety net will contribute to the lack of health insurance for 3 to 4 millions of Californians in 2019. However, everyone in the U.S. has rights when seeking a doctor. We speak with a health expert on those resources and upcoming changes due to the Affordable Care Act.
