As consumers who had problems signing up for health insurance in the marketplace got extra time to apply, the system experienced a new surge in enrollments and the number of people getting enrolled continues to grow. On the eve of the critical deadline, a national expert informs the audience of the deadline, which in most parts of the country would be April 15 and there is no chance for another extension. Those individuals whose paperwork is pending government approval would get more time, but on a case by case basis.
