Third ACA Enrollment Starts.
The open enrollment period to get health coverage in 2016 in the ACA Marketplace began November 1 and it will run for three months. Advocates and officials chat with listeners, responding to questions like: how to buy or renew health insurance marketplace coverage? How to change plans? How to get a better deal? Can immigrants get subsidies to help pay for premiums?
