Last Farewell to Pioneering Mixtec Organizer.

In this interview, the late community leader Rufino Dominguez Santos remembers his father, a respected healer, and the impact on his life of the teachings of the gospel of the preferential option for the poor. After a career as organizer of farmworkers and indigenous communities from Mexico and the US, Dominguez was designated to lead the migrant agency in Oaxaca’s cabinet. He later resigned to his post in protest.
