On César Chávez Day, an author and prominent pioneer of the Chicano movement talks about his new book, titled “The Eagle Has Eyes.” This book digs into declassified files from the FBI and reveals the often-illegal attempts by the agency to destroy César Chávez and the farmworker movement in the 1960s and 70s.
