One month after the first debate, 20 presidential candidates convene in Detroit, in the battleground state of Michigan, for a second round of debates. Most national polls and fundraising numbers give Biden, Sanders, Harris, and Warren an advantage. This is a report on the highlights from the first night and political analysts provide commentary.
