Five Cuban agents, who were sent to Miami in the 90s to spy on the activities of right-wing anti-Castro groups to prevent violent attacks against Cuba, were jailed in the U.S. on charges of conspiracy to spy. Criticizing the trial as unfair, a number of public figures have called for their release. A social organization recognizes the Five with a human rights award today. All the way from Cuba, the sister of one of the three remaining inmates comes to receive the award on their behalf and joins this program.
