Latino leaders grade President Trump’s record on issues of top interest to Latinos, ranging from immigration and health care to the environment and the economy during his first 100 days. They analyze Trump’s executive orders, cabinet nominations, legal battles, and the failed but ongoing push to repeal and replace ACA. On the eve, a federal judge blocked Trump’s executive order against sanctuary cities.
