And after House Republicans expelled two young Black Democrats over those rallies, hundreds filled the capitol to protest the retaliation move. Reporters and advocates discuss the news.
Anti-Trans Legislation Wave. Fearing the backlash from reproductive-rights voters, anti-abortion politicians and conservative activists are now targeting trans young people and LGBTQ rights. At least ten states have passed a wave of bills banning access to health care or to public spaces for trans youth. Analysts examine the latest developments.
