As top members of the Trump administration refuse to cooperate with the House impeachment probe, some officials are stepping forward and testifying before the committees. Meantime, there are talks about an impeachment trial in the Senate by Thanksgiving. A legal expert explains how the impeachment process works and discusses legal precedents and standards. Additionally, a Latino leader comments on the testimonies gathered by the House and the public and the importance of public and Latino support for impeachment. He says the massacre in El Paso and Trump’s campaign of incitement of hatred and violence against immigrants should merit one more charge for impeachment.
