El Paso congressman Beto O’Rourke has been criss-crossing Texas in a long-shot campaign to unseat incumbent senator Ted Cruz. Pennsylvania: New Political Map. Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court announced this week new boundaries for the state’s congressional districts, on time for the May 15th primary. The court ruled illegal and gerrymandered a Republican congressional map. President Trump and Republican leaders in the state warn they will take this case all the way to the US Supreme Court. All eyes in the nation are on this case, and an analyst comments on the ramifications for Latino voters.
