PROGRAM #9085 11:00 AM PST
Extra Edition.
Voters in California sent mixed messages after, through referendums, they rejected affirmative action, said no to expanded rent control, and killed a law that gives labor protections for ride-share and delivery drivers while on the other hand they rejected an expansion of penalties for certain crimes and restored voting rights for former prisoners who are on parole. Analysts discuss the mixed results.
