A grassroots organizer who helped in preparation and relief efforts comments on the impact of the storm on rural communities in the low-lying farmlands. And an environmental advocate discusses what we can learn from Irma and Harvey, the recovery efforts in Texas and Florida, and how to prepare and protect from similar disasters in the future.
