Covid-19 Reshapes Elections.

Coronavirus turned the elections upside down. What are the scenarios for the general election? How is coronavirus reshaping the campaigns? Since in-person voting is so unsafe, some states call for getting resources to develop systems for voting by mail, while other states are engaged in purging voters, mostly people of color, from registration lists. Political analysts comment on this. They also comment on the Immigrant Day of Action in California’s capitol, where community leaders convene to push for preparations for the November elections, the census count, relief monies, DACA, and more.

Guests: Francisco Pedraza, Political Scientist, University of California Riverside, Riverside, CA; others TBA
