California to Allow Citizens to Go After Gunmakers.
If Texas can ban abortions, California should be able to ban deadly weapons, said Gov. Newsom. Now, a state bill in California would allow private citizens to enforce weapons bans and sue gunmakers. On another story, gun control advocates gave California an A for laws that protect residents from gun violence, after ranking 24 states with an F.
