Mexico Edition.

friday 673x324

In memory of 43 students gone missing in September and two students killed in 2011, relatives and students from the Ayotzinapa Teacher’s College in Mexico returned as every year to the Mexico-Acapulco freeway, the scene of one of the tragedies. After a forensic report identified bone fragments as corresponding to teacher’s-college student Alexander Mora Venancio, one of the 43 disappeared, family members have asked for 2015 elections in Guerrero to be suspended, and for an investigation into the participation of the Mexican Army in the case. Martha Elena Ramírez hosts this edition from Mexico City.

Guests: Felipe de la Cruz and family members of the disappeared students, Mexico City.
