Meanwhile, sales clerks and service providers report low sales and refuse to pay more taxes because according to tax authorities vendors will now be required to register sales in computers, submit electronic receipts, make declarations via internet and provide their employees with a social security number; opposing senator Layda Sansores ironically speaks about the situation stating vendors are been treated as big corporations.
