Mexico Edition.

The immigration agents in Mexico are more delinquent than a drug lord; they control the gangs (Mara) inside the immigration holding centre, and tell the Mara to steal and beat the undocumented and if a foreigner wants to be release, they are told to pay a sum (from five to ten thousand dollars), these are the words of Elvis Garay, a Nicaraguan citizen who was deported from Mexico, but came back to file a complaint with the court for alleged threats and sexual harassment suffered inside the immigration holding centre in Iztapalapa. Mr. Garay said they are treated in an inhumane and offensive manner, the food is cold, they have to sleep in concrete beds and if they protest, they are put in a punishment cell. In the other hand, activists say the only solution to slow down migration is to revive the economy in Central America. This edition is hosted by Martha Elena Ramirez and broadcast from Mexico City.

Guests: (pre-recorded) Elvis Garay, Nicaraguan Citizen, Mexico, DF; Maria Garcia, Organización Migrante Aztlán (Chicago-México), Mexico, DF.
