Mexicans living abroad begin voting today in Mexico’s presidential recall election. Election officials explain the voting process and the possible outcomes. In other news, a top official from the US State Department talks about the plans for the Summit of the Americas in Los Angeles and the issues to be discussed with heads of state from across the continent. Finally, the program includes an extended report about the visit of US Special Envoy John Kerry to Mexico and his meeting with President López Obrador on Mexico’s plans to reform the energy industry. Kerry expressed concerns about climate change and AMLO drawing the line on the principle of national sovereignty.
