Host Martha Elena Ramírez gives an analysis, on how several farm worker organizations marched and demanded a revision to the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and they are questioning the new agriculture reform announced by the federal government which offers no details on how the reform is going to work. The National Confederation of Corn Producers (CNPM), accused the Mexican government of allowing the import of contaminated produce such us rice into the country, which endangers the stability of crops. All of this takes place on the 95th anniversary of the death of General Emiliano Zapata, Mexican revolutionary hero who fought for land rights on behalf of peasants. Also in this edition, are the statements of journalist Mario Alberto Segura, who was kidnapped and forced to take down his webpage; the webpage alerted the community of crime, kidnappings and executions happening in the state of Tamaulipas.
