Mexico Edition.

For the first time in history, people from the Mexican capital will be able to vote on June 6 for a “migrant legislator” to represent them in the local Congress. Mexico City’s emigres may vote for a legislator who will be elected under the principle of proportional representation. This program features a pretaped debate among the eleven candidates running to represent Mexico City’s migrants.
