Warning that after eleven years, the Mexican government has not clarified whether the fire was intentional or caused by a technical issue, nor has it established any responsibilities, the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights agreed to consider the case of the fire of ABC Day Care Center, where 49 toddlers were killed, to determine whether or not there were human rights violations. On other news, Mexican President López Obrador met with traditional authorities of the Yaqui Tribe, agreeing to return lands and water to the Sonoran tribe. These and other stories are discussed in this weekly edition.
