Mexico Edition.

Mexico’s President-elect López Obrador plans to invest almost 40-million in revamping aging oil refineries. Meantime, Mexican entrepreneurs that are making nopal cactus-based fuel propose to rather invest in bio-refineries, since it’s cleaner and cheaper. On other topic, a group of Mexicans living abroad sent an open letter to President-elect López Obrador with a list of petitions to build a new relationship between Mexico’s government and the Mexican diaspora. Listeners join the conversation.
