As presidential candidates for the three major political coalitions and three independent candidates prepare to start their formal campaigns in Mexico, Mexican emigres complain of serious obstacles to register to vote or confirm their voter registration ID. A long-time promoter of the migrant vote talks about the efforts to overcome those obstacles, and a supporter of an opposition candidate in California comments on their uphill drive to get information out to potential voters on time.
