Also included are comments about articles published in Mexican media about the recently freed commander of community police in Guerrero, Nestora Salgado, and the Honduran environmentalist, Berta Cáceres, who was killed on March 3rd, according to reports, for opposing construction of the Agua Zarca reservoir in Honduras. Martha Elena Ramírez hosts Voz Pública from Mexico City.
