Extra Edition: Flooding Disaster Continues.
Thousands of residents in California’s San Joaquin Valley have been forced to leave their homes or are on state of alert after severe storms have caused historic flooding of farmlands, roadways and neighborhoods in Tulare and Kings counties and other areas. This is a report on the emergency measures and the disaster relief and recovery efforts in other areas hit by the floods.
