Monsanto’s Roundup Linked to Cancer.
Agrochemical giant Monsanto was ordered to pay 80 million in damages to a California man in a Roundup herbicide cancer case. This is the second verdict of its kind. Another Roundup trial is scheduled for this week. An analyst puts this case in perspective.

The Renewed Battle Around Obamacare. The Trump administration attempts to impose work requirements to Medicaid as well as cheaper alternatives to Obamacare suffered two separate blows in the courts. Meanwhile, in the campaign trail Trump steps up his attacks on Obamacare, although the Repblican leader of the US Senate rejected Trump’s requests to move on repealing and replacing Obamacare. An analyst examines the ramifications of these stories.
