Deportation Challenge Victories.

Jeanette Vizguerra, an immigrant activist who defied his order of deportation and took refuge in a Denver church was allowed to remain in the US for two years. The mother of four has been fighting her deportation for eight years. Another immigrant mother who had found sanctuary in a church in Denver also got suspension of deportation. In Fresno, ICE agrees to reopen the case of a mother and Catholic minister who had been ordered to leave the country, after she had been allowed to stay under President Obama. Also, a story about the weekend of door-to-door activism and the protest in Texas’ Capitol to oppose draconian law SB4.
