Fr. Alejandro Solalinde, a renowned Mexican activist priest, visits Fresno to draw attention to the plight of Central American migrants who flee gang violence in their home countries. When crossing through Mexico, migrants face kidnap and murder by organized crime and police abuse, and once at the US border, they may find themselves in indefinite detention. He also denounces the illegal and brutal organ trafficking trade thriving in Mexico.

Nestora Salgado. A conversation with binational activist Nestora Salgado, who as a chief of community police in her native Olinalá became an international cause célebre after tackling pervasive narcoviolence and corruption in this indigenous town. Salgado, a US-Mexican citizen who lives in Seattle, visits Fresno in her quest to bring attention to the plight of political prisoners in Mexico.
