Challenging Anti-DAPA Injunction.
An undocumented immigrant who was a beneficiary of DACA plus has asked a federal court in New York to declare that judge Hanen’s injunction against DAPA and DACA+ should not apply outside the 5th Circuit, setting the stage for a major legal clash. Legal experts also comment on the Supreme Court’s denial of request to rehear the US v. Texas case and the naturalization backlog that threatens voting for immigrants in November.
