Although banks give them fewer loans and they receive less federal aid, Latino businesses are growing at a much faster rate than others. Contrary to the negative discourse propelled in Washington, Latinos, in particular young immigrants, have become the engine of the U.S. economy, according to a study by prestigious Stanford University.
