GUESTS: Héctor Barreto Jr, former White House cabinet member, Chairman, The Latino Coalition, Irvine, CA, www.thelatinocoalition.com; Eliseo Medina, Secretary-Treasurer, Service Employees International Union (SEIU), Washington, D.C.
