Immigration Edition.
A group of House Republicans is gathering signatures to force a debate on the House floor about a series of immigration bills by using the discharge petition. They still need a few Republican signatories. In Iowa, ICE arrested dozens of Central American workers in a concrete plant, raising concerns about the families left behind. And while arrests have risen under Trump, the pushback by sanctuary cities has slowed down the deportation machine.
