Senate Republicans have unsuccessfully tried to pass a DHS funding bill that ends Obama’s executive actions on immigration, including Dreamer protections. Likewise, a Republican-led bill proposing to build additional walls, roads and towers along the border has stalled in the House. A Republican analyst comments on these developments.
