The US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has created an online toolbox to help people fight COVID-19 called “Combat COVID.” The site offers practical advice on vaccines, potential treatments such as monoclonal antibodies, and information on how to participate in clinical trials for COVID-19 treatments. The disproportionate cost of the pandemic to people of color underscores the need for Latinos and Blacks to participate in clinical trials for COVID-19 prevention and treatment.
