The extreme cold weather and power and water failures in Texas has brought a major humanitarian crisis. In the deep freeze, thousands along the border are struggling with lack of shelter, electricity and running water. How can you help? Colleagues from sister stations and community groups in Texas report on efforts to get food, clothes, blankets, water and other emergency supplies to the victims of the disaster.
