The Supreme Court ruled that migrants whose initial requests for asylum were rejected have no right to a federal court hearing. On other news, a federal appeals court gave the Trump administration a green light to expand expedited removal or deport immigrants without passing through an immigration court. Also, a federal judge is allowing a case against the Trump administration for excluding US citizen children with undocumented parents from the emergency stimulus package.
