Immigration Edition.

The Supreme Court ruled that migrants whose initial requests for asylum were rejected have no right to a federal court hearing. On other news, a federal appeals court gave the Trump administration a green light to expand expedited removal or deport immigrants without passing through an immigration court. Also, a federal judge is allowing a case against the Trump administration for excluding US citizen children with undocumented parents from the emergency stimulus package. Finally, as Covid cases surge in Texas, Latino congress members from this border state call on ICE to release migrants in detention. These and other stories are examined in this edition.
