The power of music and sound traditions to express migration experiences, cultural resilience and community transformation are explored in this special program. The two-hour program features performances and interviews in English and Spanish from traditional artists who headlined a live event at the Oakland Museum of California. The program concludes with a conversation with listeners on the influence of sound traditions in their lives.
