A conversation with Mexican poet Homero Aridjis about his book “The Child Poet.” In his memoir, written when his wife became pregnant and translated into English by his daughter Chloe, Aridjis shares poignant experiences of his childhood growing up in the small town of Cotepec, Michoacán, including the impact of an accident that nearly took his life, and his account on the genesis of a poet.
