A conversation with acclaimed folk musician Edwin Colón Zayas, master of the Puerto Rican cuatro, the instrument that gives its distinct sound to jíbaro music from the island ‘s countryside. Colón has been honored with the National Endowment for the Arts’ National Heritage Fellowship, the highest award for masters of the folk and traditional arts. This is a pre-taped Holiday edition.
