Spanish pop culture icon and virtuoso Flamenco guitar player Charo is performing in concert in San Francisco. Charo, who’s been starring TV shows since the 1960s, talks about highlights of her career as a singer, actress and comedian, and her recovery from the grief and pain after the recent death of her husband by suicide. On Suicide Awareness Month, she comments on her efforts to bring awareness about depression and the need to reach out to those who struggle with suicidal thoughts.
