The Cuban Orquesta Buenavista Social Club is touring the world on their farewell Adiós tour. A recording in the 90s won the musical group top awards and succeeded as the biggest-selling Cuban album in history. The Buenavista recently became the first Cuban music group to play at the White House, at a moment of new diplomatic relations between Cuba and the US. Another top Cuban dance band tours the US, celebrating 45 years of taking Songo, Timba and Salsa to worldwide audiences. It is the influential Cuban jazz ensemble Los Van Van. This program features exclusive interviews with leading members.
