Pope Francis: From Cuba to the US.
Pope Francis meets today with President Obama at the White House after culminating a four-day visit to Cuba. The pontiff, who helped facilitate conversations between Cuban officials and the Obama administration that brought a landmark agreement to restore diplomatic relations, continued in Cuba and Washington his calls for dialogue, build bridges, and reconciliation. He also praised the Obama administration efforts to tackle air pollution and climate change. This is a report on Pope Francis’ visit to Cuba and the White House.
