Same-Sex Marriage: A Right.
Gay couples have a right to marry in all 50 U.S. states. The US Supreme Court also ruled that 14 states now have to stop enforcing their bans on same-sex marriage. Meantime, Mexico’s Supreme Court recently gave a green light to same sex unions, in response to legal challenges to state bans on same-sex marriages. Analysts comment on these developments on both sides of the border.
