After El Paso Massacre, Groups Demand Trump Stop Divisive and Hateful Language

Angered by the massacre in El Paso, Texas, considered the largest attack on the Latino community in the country’s modern history, a dozen community groups held a protest in front of the White House. Leaders of the coalition demanded that Trump put an end to his racist, xenophobic, and anti-immigrant policies that they say inspired the white supremacist individual to carry out the massacre.
