After weeks of political maneuvering, President Donald Trump’s historic impeachment trial has reached the Senate. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi signed the two articles of Impeachment–abuse of power and obstruction of Congress–and designated the seven prosecutors in the case, including Hispanic judge and Texas legislator Sylvia García. The trial begins on Tuesday, January 21, and will be chaired by Chief Justice John Roberts. José López Zamorano has the details from Washington.
