Puerto Rico Reconstruction Delayed

Thousands of victims of the devastation wrought by Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico continue to live in very precarious conditions, lacking electricity and facing difficulties reaching clinics and schools. However, there is still no clear assessment of the needs and resources available for reconstruction. A group of mayors from the island visited Washington recently to present their proposals to legislators from both parties. José López Zamorano reports.
