National Strike Planned to Demand Resignation of Embattled Honduran President

The ongoing drug trafficking trial in the United States of the brother of Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández, in which the head of state himself is implicated, was the straw that broke the camel’s back for many Honduran civil society groups.
