Many more kids in California now receive dental care than did ten years ago. That’s what one study says, attributing it in part to an expansion of California’s Medicaid program, known as Medi-Cal, public health insurance for low-income residents. And not only children, but also more adults are going to see the dentist, according to our reporter Rubén Tapia, who spoke with a few new patients at the Romero community clinic in Los Angeles.
